FWIW, Conqueror uses Romex for all the 110/120/220 in their trailers - note that all that is contained INSIDE the trailer behind panels/walls, none of it is ever exposed to the outside environment. The newer ones are also wired to normal home-use GFCI outlets
If you want a breaker on that AC circuit, you will absolutely need to use an AC breaker. AC and DC breakers are NOT swappable as they work in different ways. Whenever i'm wiring AC circuits in vehicles, i always use AC breakers just as you would with normal house wiring. Blue Sea Systems makes...
This is because the FCC has not licensed them to provide mobile (moving) service yet. I hear they are still in the process so hopefully "soon" (which, who knows, may be years)
I have Starlink RV and have been using it for a few weeks. It's awesome, especially for my use case where i work remotely, so now i can work SUPER remotely. I also have a shop here in Tucson and will be ditching my COX cable for the shop and just using my Starlink connection. I regularly see...
I've been looking at getting one of these for a while but always found ones that were either too "tacticool" or too hypebeast so i gave up looking a couple of years ago. I love the look of the one you have and also see now that Patagonia is making one. Looks like it's time for me to buy a new...

I'll second HRO as well, I've ordered a number of things from them over the years, they typically have VERY fast shipping. They have a number of "brick and mortar" stores as well, so check their site to see if there is one within easy driving distance - their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
I forgot to address this part. YES! some background: When I initially started this meetup, the location on the far northwest side was chosen because we had people attending from Phoenix, I figured the northwest side would be sort of a compromise, yes, us Tucsonans would have to drive a bit...
I have a different perspective since my father is the director of wound care at TMC, my mom is a retired RN, and my sister is a paramedic firefighter. Both my sister and father are on the front lines of this and it would be irresponsible of me to encourage a non-critical in-person social event...
The in-person meetup is on-hold at the moment due to the pandemic, but I will be organizing a Zoom meetup for this month. Some of us are getting together in small groups for trips at the moment (just did a multi-day in the Chiricahua Mountains this past holiday weekend) but there are no large...
