A stone's throw away... wouldn't miss it. Looking forward to actually meeting as many of you fine folks as possible.

Wondering if anyone else has used the Deep Sleep solo air mattress (in their Wrangler), and how comfortable it is. Just received mine and it fits perfectly, allowing half the back for gear, the other half for sleeping, w/o having to unpack every night.

Next month I’ll make a trip I’ve awaited for years: a 2 week loop from CO to WA, down the NW Coast to SF/CA, then across NV and home. Trying to get acquainted with this new OB app hoping to be able to contribute along the way. Thanks for bearing with me as I learn the ropes.

We’ll, it’s official. Today I finally let go of Max’s bone-stock exterior by adding my freshly minted OB badge. Much deliberation went into where to place it… feeling like it was worth taking the time to consider. Next up as I prepare for next month’s adventure: a hood lock. Slowly but surely.
