PeterC here, swedish guy living in the Netherlands.
Me and my family are planning a trip to Sweden this summer. We will be mainly in the archipelago around Stockholm but we want to make a few days drive As Well.
So beginning of July we are driving from the Netherlands to Stockholm...
Haha. Yes this was from last year. We ended up having an awesome trip the whole family in the pre-alpes in France. Fell in love with La Brigue and all the mountain roads there.

In Sweden there is no reason what so ever to hide. Private property or not the rules are exactly the same. Except on private land you are not allowed to be visible from the owners home.

We where very close to Tende last summer. Close to there you have the "Salt Route" Via del sale in italian. You really should check it out. It's an ancient road used by the Romans to transport salt. Something like 50km of route mostly above 2000m. Awesome...
