Thank you, I appreciate the kind words!
We recently added another adventure pupper to our little family, 3 camp trips with him so far and he is 100% hooked!
Thanks! This actually is Bear Flat. There are some good camp sites down from the bridge like you mentioned, I was actually out there yesterday hunting for more. Bonanza king lookout is amazing, such a cool location! Girard ridge is amazing as well, but they rent out the lookout so you normally...
I used my aeropress for a year or two, which is fine when it's just me and my girlfriend, but it got to be too much of a hassle as we nearly always camp with friends these days. I have a metal filter I use with it, not for convenience (which it is) but I like the taste better, paper tends to...
It's really nice stuff, I think I'm going to buy another roll and cover the ceiling in it too, that way it will be a nice continuous curve. Hell I might end up covering the whole trailer in it!
Thanks all for the input! I think I found the perfect solution, I got this 4x8 roll of fabric back bamboo paneling that holds a nice radius when curved towards the front. Will be super easy to install.
Recently picked up this converted 5x8 cargo trailer. It's absolutely perfect for my needs, however I would like to clean up some of the fit and finish. It has insulated walls and ceiling, but the curved transition area between them is unfinished. Does anyone have an idea for an easy way to cover...
Very cool! I have a converted 5x8 Interstate Victory as well, and it is perfect for my use. I bought it pre-converted but definitely still have some upgrades to do. Will definitely follow your build!
Hi all, I recently picked up great little converted cargo trailer, lots of cool features! However, it doesn't have a spire tire. I'm trying to figure out where to mount one when I do get one. Ideally it would be on the wall above the fender but it's already been insulated and finished and I...
Just did this two days ago, the classic conduit hanger and quick fist combo. Pretty please with how low-key it turned out, really blends in well with the rack.
Thanks! Yeah I thought presenting kind of a hierarchical mosaic of images might be more pleasing than scrolling through a ton of full width photos. Of course if anyone is using the light mode on the forums the effect isn't quite as nice due to the background color being embedded in the images. I...
Thanks all for the input, I really appreciate it. I am limited to gas as this will be used when the national forests in my area put up a burn ban, which is usually mid July.
Ooh I'm really liking this one, wish I could find it for under $200!
Thanks, this is my first time doing a report like this so I might have gone overboard haha.
I am truly blessed to live in such a beautiful area! We actually came across a rattle snake a few weeks ago while scouting this area, not too much of a bother but it makes me nervous for my dog.
The snow is finally melting on the passes here in Siskiyou County, so the girlfriend and I decided it was time to do our first dispersed camp trip of the year. A few weeks back we were out exploring and found this beautiful camp site on the East Fork of the Trinity River, above Trinity Lake...
