Sold my OEM rack for 500.00. Now I need to find another Mod. RAGO storage panels? Smittybuilt AC? ARB EZ? ARB on board? I think I can purchase the SMittY-EZ and the RAGo for maybe 550.00. I have 10% off at RAGO. Any other ideas? Recovery items? Hmm. Or just save for larger purchase.

I think so. He seemed like a great guy. Big BMW and 4Runner guy. Go figure... I’ve had both. He just sold his 4th Gen and is looking for a 5th gen. We laughed. Bought the rack without a vehicle.

LOL. Ha! Yeah. It was crazy. I would have taken more pics, but had to call some buddies to assist. I didn’t want to take pics while everyone was working on it. Didn’t seem cool. And.. figured I’d place the badges on it so I never will think about pulling the dang thing off!

Off topic, but.... I think I’m applying the emblems to each side of the rack. Maybe at the rear. I’ll let you know.

Take a look at the top pic. That’s the front right mount. The only way to remove the rack was to drill the head of the bolt off. That was the easy part!!

I should have taken more pics. The factory bolts did not want to be removed. Two of them froze. They were installed with some sort of locking and weather sealant. It was crazy. One was stuck at the rear and the other near the front right mount. So.... Rear: Drilled the head off the...
