Great info! As for our BCDC Wattage isn't much concern its the Voltage. Our BCDC's are capped at 32VOC, so make sure your panels collectively do not exceed 32V or the BCDC will not accept your solar input.
The temperature sensing on our BCDC*D products happens internally, when programmed for lithium batteries (Green and Orange wires Joined together) our minimum charging threshold is 32°F (0°C) and this is sensed within the charger itself.

Key is to figure out a solid guesstimate about power usage. If it’s just the fridge, calculate worst case scenario for an extended period of time you’ll be out without driving. Then you’re can take that into consideration with batteries and charging systems.
