Hey man these are some really sweet pictures, I am thinking of planning a trip to the Shenandoah's later this month. Would you mind giving me a little more information on the trails you hit and any recommendations for my trip?

Hey guys I'm from the Frederick area and glad I stumbled upon this thread. I've been looking into some trails in northern VA in the GWNF. If anyone has some easy trials that they know of let me know. My rigs isn't very capable but I'm still willing to get out there and push the limits...

Did you come across any beginner trails? Just getting into overlanding and I want to test out my rigs capability. Also if you have any other reccomendations on where to go I'm interested. I live in Maryland and don't know any real overlanding oppurtunites around here. Justin

Thanks! I'm thinking about a 3" with ~32s but need to gain more camping and off-road experience before I can justify the investment.

Where would you recommend going in the east? I was possibly planning a trip to the Mohawk State Forrest in MA later this month but that's less of an overland trip on more of a typically camping trip.

wish i would have discovered overlanding before i bought my first car, ended up with a 2wd truck. Best of luck to you and i will definitely watch this thread to see what you decide on
