Looks and sounds great! I had the same ones on my STi and they are super simple to swap out. Have you done any WOT with the new axle back? I'm excited to see how that flat 6 sounds with a good exhaust!
Glad to see you decided to go with these! I hope to grab the same ones in the future for my 3.6. Your OB is lifted isnt it? I have heard the Nameless will hang down lower if lifted, but yours seems to look just fine to me.
I saw something very similar that another member on here has for their OB. The rail seemed to be mounted under the HVAC controls but just about the storage cubby on the bottom. Personally I would rather use some hardcore double sided tape verse screws, but just unsure of how well it would hold...
Thanks for the photo, I just need to hop on over to Ram Mounts website and try to build something. Good luck on the truck purchase and if you ever catch yourself moseying down toward the WV boarder, hit me up!
I traded in my F150 for the OB, it was great and all, but just too damn wide for a lot of the trails around the area. I figured I would be more nimble with the OB.
I maybe interested in the ditch light brackets and Ram mounts. How did you have the Ram mounts setup in your car? I have seen a few...
I can understand wanting/needing some change. Have anything in mind for the next build or vehicle in general? What all do you have that you plan on getting rid of? I'm sure you could find some buyers on here for sure!
I did watch the Ironman 4x4 installation video the other day and it is very...
I actually read about that going through your build thread lol, and probably the main reason I went with that particular size. I'm definitely a fan of what you have done with yours!
Im sure that is the path I will take. It would be hard to pass up all of the recommendations I have gotten, and all the builds I have seen that use them.
My thoughts as well with the struts and springs the car only has about 43k on the clock. I'm typically in the mind set of since I'm down there already lol. I do love your Wilco Hitchgate and may add one in the future, currently do not have a full size spare but will try to add another before the...
I have definitely read a lot about people being happy with ADF and will most likely be the route I go. Just not sure if I want to add springs and or struts at this point. Hmm since the exhaust has to be taken out might as well upgrade to some Nameless..... hahaha
Not yet, other than my driveway is a pretty steep angle lol. Hoping with everything starting to thaw out a little bit I will be able to hit up a few local trails once some of them are opened back up. I do anticipate getting some rub once the suspension starts to flex, but hopefully will add a...
I grabbed them before I started reading this thread lol. The only time I have heard any rubbing at all is on uneven ground 3/4 to full lock in reverse. When I was ordering the BFGs I read some wrong specs on the Discount Tire Direct website. They state that the tires weigh in at 35lbs, which is...
Hey yall!
Just wanting to chime in here. I have spend the last week or so reading through this thread and excited to have finally caught up and be able to share my new ride. I grabbed this 2019 OB 3.6 Limited two weeks ago, and excited to get out and see what it can do. I bought it mainly for...
Really like how you have this mounted, did you drill this into your dash or use some type of adhesive? Great looking adventure rig though, just grabbed me an Outback last weekend and cannot wait to explore with it.
I hope it doesn't but no one has posted in almost a year. Your OB looks great, hoping to get some more items for mine in the coming weeks/months, just have wheels and tires on the way currently.
Ahh hate to see this thread come to an end. I've had a good time reading through it the past few days doing research on getting a OB. Just bought a new to me 2019 3.6, ordered some 245/65/17 KO2s with the LP1s. Hope this tread can come back and give some more motivation!
This is current going through West Virginia Senate, not sure if there have been many updates since it was going through right be for the virus. But it seems as they are headed in the right direction at least.
