Wish I would have found this out before this weekend, had the side curtain bags go on a easy section of trail, and it took the pre tensioners with it so I had to drive 80 miles home with no front seat belts or airbags. Thanks Nissan, aside from that my truck ran great.
So not too far off from my Frontier just a longer wheelbase on mine and about the same 2 inch lift? Love the Xterra unfortunately lost mine to a fuel truck
Ah man there go the smores...kidding. I usually run propane for my little grill and stove for cooking and star gazing / early meteor shower is part if the draw. So a fire won't be missed too much.
My rig is a Nissan Frontier with a mild lift running 33s
I've done a fair amount of wheeling in my time just not recently. I guess the biggest question is will my wife's heartburn be an ulcer by the time we make it?
I'm looking at planning a trip up to Gallagher head Lake for some camping first part of August. Was wondering if anybody could give me information on trail conditions and how difficult it is?
My son is now old enough to ride for more than 20 mins in a car without needing a stop. I'm planning a trip to over to Gallagher Head Lake in a month or so (I had the idea before I saw y'alls youtube video). Is there anything I need to worry about on the trail? I'll be driving my 2013 Nissan...

If I follow the definition of overlanding in the founding guide I've been overlanding since the mid 70s hundreds of thousands of paved unpaved and holy crap miles later, I found a name for what I love.
