The rack is not from Wes @ Hiker. The first owner came up with it and had it installed. Wes told me to be careful not to add much weight up there based on how it’s installed.

5X8 Hiker Trailer
Hey OB members. I wanted to share our 5X8 Hiker Trailer with everyone. We happened to find this one used locally after I had started looking at possibly saving up to put in an order with Wes @ Hiker Trailer. It’s a couple of years old and just enough broke in to not to worry about getting it...
We stayed at some nice cabins in the area last fall. https://cabinsofbirchhollow.com I would go back there for sure. We stayed at the Blues Moon

Welcome from Noblesville! I have not had a chance to check these out yet but KY Land Between The Lake and Daniel Boone Backcountry Byways are two places within a days drive that sound like a good adventure.

I have to put my vote in for my current favorite chair being the Big Agnes Helinox. I won one of these at Expo East and after spending some time in it over the weekend knew that I would need to get a second one for the wife. It’s easy enough to setup and break down and does not use a bunch of...
The muffler shop that was used to replace the Cat in my 4Runner definitely put in an aftermarket Cat. The code now only come back when driving around town. If I reset it before a long highway drive it will not come on until I’m back in town for 20 to 30 miles.

I skipped on the Walmart boondocking on the way back just a relaxing 9 hour cruz to Indiana . The new chair is working out real nice too.

It is Indiana Dunes State Park. The camp sites are not on the water but just a short hike over the dune. It is a nice campground and always busy when the weather is warm so book a spot early.

Great looking Hiker Trailer and rig. I have only had our Hiker Trailer for a few months and it is getting a fair amount of use. It’s so nice to have it all ready to go and just pack a cooler and clothes and go. Look forward to watching your build thread.

Hi Brooke I feel your pain here. I have an 03 4Runner with the P0430 code too. Have covered many of the possible causes vacuum leaks, faulty O2 sensors and had the Cat replaced for $1100 then 1500 miles later the P0430 code came back. Not sure what to do next.

Spent some time in the garage swapping out some new spark plugs. Went pretty good except for the first one that was tightened by a gorilla. Working to find the root cause of the engine code P0430. I have already had the Cat replaced on bank 2 and the down steam O2 sensor. I had a tech also...
One last quick pic of the Indiana Dunes State Park before heading home. Loads of rain this weekend.
If you look real close you can see Chicago on the horizon.
