In an attempt to reduce the rubbing I'm getting with my 275/70R17 Falken Wildpeak AT/3Ws, I ordered a set of Rockblokz mud flaps. Got the fronts installed yesterday and no longer have rubbing on the mud flap, but will need to do the fender liner mod .
Here's the original front mudflap. The big...
Got my Toytec rock sliders installed. These are made by RCI for Toytec. Look almost identical to the RCI ones, just with the Toytec name. I chose these primarially because Toytec had them in stock and I needed them for an off-road trip in a couple of weeks.
They came well packaged and had no...
Anyone with a 5th gen 4Runner have the Rago Fabrication dual ARB compressor mount? I'm looking for the dimensions of the part of the mount designed to hold a Switch Pros box to see if the sPOD Bantam will fit in it's place.
Thanks.

Perhaps a little different than the normal last thing you bought item, but i could not be happier. Getting out of my JLUR and into the 4Runner. Next purchase, some actual A/T tires.
Would like to get a HAM radio installed, so I just bought the study guides for Technician, General, and Extra. Yes, I'm a bit of an over achiever :). Next up is my portable toilet setup.
I also had bought the ARB tire deflator, but like the Staun's much better and will be sending the ARB back. It worked quickly, but the gauge on it is off by almost 4psi compared to my other gauges. The Stauns seem like the best way to go for me. No standing there bent over or kneeling in the mud...
I set up my Staun tire deflators to 15psi. And, being the OCD person I am tested each on individually. Spent the better part of an hour airing down my spare and then back up and making adjustments till each was was spot on.
Last thing I bought was a set of LoD Destroyer rock sliders to replace the stock rock rails on my Rubicon. Need something functional and with a step for my wife; she already fell once trying to get in and we don't need that to happen again. Next purchase I'm not sure. Thinking maybe a full set...
I was talking with the local Jeep group I went out with this past weekend and several of the members suggested I look at Clayton Offroad when it came time to consider lifts for my JLUR. They are local to me, which is nice, and seem to be well regarded if not that well known.
Hi,
Paul checking in from Eastern, CT. Have a '20 JL Unlimited Rubicon. Am definitely a novice at overlanding, but excited to get involved in the community. Went out on a "wheeling" trip with one of the local clubs, but the simple main trail we were on was about as hard a trail as I want to...
