I use Starlink when I am out there. It draws about 50 watts an hour. I run it off a Eco Flo delta max and never had any problems with it. I suggest you get the portable solar panels just to keep the topped off.

I have to agree with MOAK. I think you need to keep an eye on what is going on with the recovery. What has been a game changer for me is wireless controller. I am not limited to a small area.

Mine came with rocks but I grew up with traditional campfires. I did not like the look of the burner with the rocks on it. Adding the fire logs made it look just like a regular campfire. If I was traveling and staying one night at each spot, then I would just bring the burner with the rocks...

I purchased the Tembu Tusk Firepit. It is really compact. Since I was at one spot for 2 weeks, I wanted a more traditional look. I bought some cheap Ceramic logs off of Amazon to make it look more like a campfire.

When I am out there I use a percolator. When I was a kid, my Mom would brew coffee in one. I would watch it wondering how it worked. Still haven’t figured it out. Brings back great memories.

I just received the Tembo Tusk Fire Pit. Super compact and folds down flat. It is a bit pricey but it seems all Overlanding gear has a high price. What I like is when you a ready to turn in for the night, you just turn it off.
