I'm admittedly a little confused. Was this owner purporting it as thee Back to the Future truck or just a replica?

    Bears ears?

Absolutely, our local forums (such as ExpeditionUtah.com) have been discussing the proposed monument for months. While we don't know any specifics just yet, we do know motorized travel and routes will be closed and limited. Protection is great, locking out access is not.

"Well Hey There", new videos from Expedition Overland

They could certainly be longer but I think they are trying to tap into the audience that has just 4-5 mins to watch... The tool segment I did (you linked above) could have been an hour but I had to focus on the critical items and ideas in just a few minutes.

    Fraser Island - Australia

Fraser is a great time, get off the beaten track and out on foot and do some exploring. There is an old logging ghost town that is worth the voyage. The beach driving is pretty high traveled, just watch the tide charts and you'll be golden.

Yup. Dinner, breakfast, desserts, pizza for lunch. I've camped for days on end with no other cooking device. Rome rocks!

    Land Cruiser Owners Registry

Not at current though I've owned a few, great rigs. I've got a few other non-overland Toyota's that I need to get some work done on too. The 100 and the Stout are going to be sold eventually so that'll free up some $ and time for the others.

Very cool! I'll look forward to it. I did a Hole-in-the-Rock Trail article in TT exactly 10 years ago this month. I've since facetiously referred to myself as a published author :D

Baja and mainland Mexico map recommendations?

The BAJA Almanac is second to none IMO for a single point resource. The Nat Geo foldout maps are a good resource too in my experience. Most recently I've been using the HEMA app for MX/CenAm travels. Edit: looks like they are sold out but check Amazon, etc: http://www.baja-almanac.com
