Very nice build! That's a much larger trailer then I've got but I'm a minimalist trying to force my wife to carry less stuff with us when we travel so I did that on purpose (shhh don't tell her that).

Mine is just a simple 12v self priming waterpump that will draw water from a 5 gallon water jug. If u need to heat the water I will boil a portion first. Eventually I will add a in line heater coil to run off my vehicle heater.
I always have water and food in my Jeep as well as recovery gear but one thing I don't go without is water/ wind proof matches. They are like $4 on amazon and we'll worth it.
