I'm not really that concerned with it being exposed as of right now. But after our trip the end of May everything above the frame will be rebuilt. Metal floor, 18-20inch side walls, full cage/ rack.

I've already ordered a jack for the front and had similar plans for the rear stabilizers as what you are describing.

Ordered my eccotemp L5 and my tonge box today. What I really need to so is figure out a trailer jack for this thing I'm currently using a few stacked up tires.
Anyways got the water pump mounted up:

Well had a couple hours last night and finally got my water tank mounted and mostly plumbed. Just need to mount the water pump run about 18 inches of tube and a couple of hose clamps then wire it to the switch that should take me all of 20 minutes.
also got my stinger mounted:

Yes flat side down in the channel. As the pictures show in step 3 a pen was used to apply pressure to the gasket against the glue. The rubber gaskets do also have a self sealing tape however I have found it not to be that great on its own.

Thanks for the link but for $126 plus shipping I'll build my own for a fraction of that use Aluminum and a plastic cutting board so it can be mounted to the interior or exterior.

I have nothing on my roof. Because I have a 5 inch lift, 33's and don't run sway bars I try my hardest to keep my weight as low as possible.

Got the tank in and started mocking it up. Also start wiring lights and gathering more parts for the water system.

I have a 56 quart on the back of my 660 Yamaha and it got soaked during a water crossing even though the water was maybe 6 inches deep. Which is why I did this because of the cheap extra insurance.

I love seeing how people get out of town so quickly and what storage solutions they use to do so. For me Having a trailer is the simplest of ways. Everything I need goes on the trailer and the things that go in my jee sit under the trailer to easily grab and go. The only things that slow me down...
Most certainly. I've seen other ways to seal these but they can get expensive and very tricky to be consistent in gasket thickness.
