Good day fellow overlanders!
Looking for a Jeep TJ hood for a late model TJ (2004). I have a set of custom high line fenders and need a stock hood that I can cut to fit. Unfortunately the shop miscut my original hood, so I’m trying to source a used one. Thank you for your time.
Yes that is exactly what I need but I wanted to try finding old parts I could reuse, so I could upcycle instead of buying new. Thanks for the link. I'll keep it in mind if I cannot find what I need second hand. Cheers!
Good evening,
I'm trying to find about 10 or 12 footman loops from the 1950's to 2006 Era Jeep Warnglers. These are the parts used for holding the door straps and they are also used on the rear deck of the tub for tie downs.
I'm looking to use then on my bicycle trailer that I've been...
Welcome to the Overland Bound community Robert. Your Tacoma looks great and ready for any adventure you tackle.
Don't forget to check the Overland Bound meet-ups around your region for in-person gatherings. It's a great way to connect with other Overlanders and a safe way to travel within a...

Trying to explore locally to be mindful of our COVID lockdown. Thinking out of the box has me exploring my region by packraft and bicycle. Distance Adventures can wait, but local adventures are essential.
@Rogerrover I am sorry of your loss. It can be hard when we loose the companionship of our furry friends. I know all too well the pain of that loss and wish you only the best down the road of your next path.
I love seeing people build with what they have on hand. We all have our dream rig, but I feel the best rig is the one you already have and love. Keep exploring and enjoy the world.
Thank you for letting me know. I'm in the middle to figuring out when and where to meet. I will post a rally point soon to the New Year meetup and base it in a central area to hopefully get most of us started for the year.
I will create a new forum post for that rally meet, just to make it easy...
It's definitely something that I would like to see get started. Now, I'm in Guelph, so I wouldn't be able to make a regular meeting in Toronto. Would you be interested in starting up a monthly meet up that would alternate locations? Guelph, Toronto, Barrie, etc?
I thought I would reach out and see if anyone is interested in doing a meet-up in the Guelph area? I thought it would be a nice time to get together, discuss any future trip ideas, builds or just to get to know the overland community around the Guelph area.
Saturday, December 21st @ 10am...
Some of you who were at the Toronto meet up back in March would have met my new Overland Adventure Hound. For those of you you have not, this is Navajo. So far, he has been enjoying our adventures around north america and he loves the roof top tent. He has figured it how to climb up the ladder...
