    Cushman Overlander?

Thanks for the tip. All I did to it was put new tires, rewire it & re-paint it o.d. green again.

Are you prepared or are you rolling the dice? Be honest.

Excellent. Thank you for taking the time brother.

Tips for those interested in overlanding in Mexico

We never had an issue...ever. Mostly just hearing the occasional war story other people's (or their relatives) experiences. Sad to leave, for me anyway.

Tips for those interested in overlanding in Mexico

I’m still in the process of trying to get her to go see the whales in Baja. Unfortunately she’s had a few sips of the Cartel Kool-Aid! Lil history, we actually had a beach casita there with never a problem in over a decade. Maybe she’s just jaded.

Jeep TJ - Daily Driver / Adventure Rig

I bought a ‘04 TJ Rubicon as a “toad” for my r.v. several months back. 4.0L (62K mi.), 5 spd manual & lift kit. Other than that, pretty stock. I’ve managed to put on 3K mi. & I think it’s pretty decent on pavement & off-road. After several Jeep YouTubes I’ve added a few mods & contemplating...

It has been suggested. Hopefully I'm not putting too many brands in the fire.

    Cushman Overlander?

Thanks. I think as long as it holds up pretty good after the going -through, I'm good with that...for now.

Nope. I've looked pretty hard & nada.

    Cushman Overlander?

The Sterling Willys is indeed very similar. One difference noted is how the Cushman (?) fenders are away from the body. There appears to be body -filler where the one metal strap at the top meets the body. Ya know...if it's a mongrel, I'm o.k. with that.

Riiiight??? New question...why are VW wheels on this thing ( I owned an '81 VW Caddy back in the day. These are the exact same wheels)? Because they fit & the originals were missing? So there goes my Pawn Stars $$$! I'll check out the Sterling Willys. Thx.

    Cushman Overlander?

Interesting. Measurements are 11 1/4" X 6" ea. I suppose if you were to remove the spare tire, that could be a possibility. There's no way a Jerry can would fit with it positioned as it sits. The CA DMV owner registration shows the year "0000". It doesn't even mention Cushman, only "trailer"...

    Cushman Overlander?

Ok. One last pic. I noticed 2 carved out rectangles on the tongue, they looked familiar. I placed an ammo can I have into the groove... not sure that makes it military, but...??? The plot thickens...

@ Correus: Beats me too??? What do you think of the various paint shades? I wouldn't think those could be primers, could they? Wasn't sure how to contact "hobbytech.com", as I don't see a "contact us" link. Thx.

Q: Can we safely deduce that this is a civilian trailer, painted as a military one? Sent from my iPad using OB Talk
