Jet engine(SAI) in the Rover finally died, swapped it with a used one I found on ebay....I think most of Land Rover parts are there just to throw CELs, perfect parts sales marketing campaign HAHA
Update on the hood vent results, Drove it a little longer today, 1 hour trip at 69 mph, temp dropped to 188 rock steady with or without a/c. Never ran that low before. I believe I'm ready for the summer!
When I put the winch bumper on, my highway running temp jumped from 190 to 203 (Disrupted the airflow into the radiator). Added a small scoop below the radiator, dropped it 5 degrees, vents in hood dropped another 5. So I'm back around where I was, plus engine cools down much faster after...
That's pretty steep for labor only. The last hidden hitch I put on was a simple bolt to frame, bolt winch in and wire up. Hard part(not that hard) was making room for the roller fairlead without hacking the bumper up. You got this!! Take your time, measure 5 times, cut once [emoji6]

Finally added my 2" lift HD front springs and shocks...Got 1" lift over stock springs and 2" blocks even with new front bumper and winch...Rides like a new truck...[emoji6]
