We have a Off-Road Tear drop, that we plan on doing a few things to as we learn more of what we need and like. What trailers do you all have and what mods have you done?

We plan on going for the weekend, just did a day trip last year and then hit the NWBDR for a couple of days.

What is it about the X3's that you like more than the KO2's and how do they do off-road?

We use a ZODI camp shower (hot water on demand), with a shower tent. had it for about 8yrs. and still works.

We have a off-road teardrop trailer and found a 6" thick futon mattress (full), that fit inside. Way better than the 3" foam that came with it. We turn on the fan and sleep like babies.

I'm getting ready to upgrade my tires and I know the 285's will fit ok if you have a 3" lift. But has anyone done this with just a 2"? Is there plenty of clearance? I have been planning on running 255?75 R17's, but am curious about the 285's. I am still running stock size. Thanks!
