There is something really close to you. For short day trip, take a look at the back side of pawtuckway state park off rt107 (Gated in the winter for cars) but a great place to explore.
Definently check out the Boulder field or a walk up to the lookout tower.
Thank you for the heads up.
I've had that very conversation with others.
Still considering Tapen Zee, to Garden St Prkwy, to Jersey trnkp. What I dont like is around DC, that too, can be stop and go.

I highly suggest it if you in the area.
While looking for a jeep, I came across one that was really clean for the new Hampshire area. The owner used fluid film twice a year. I bought the 2002 TJ and it came with a gallon. I've been using it on everything since.
I just bought mine two weeks ago. My wife and I spent the day checking out the capabilities in "Storm Skylar" as it hit N.H.
My plan emulate an Outside Van with my own few twists. Your pictures there great.
I use an app on my phone called Backwoods navigator. It was $12 i think. It has multi-map layers, POI, and topo's.t I use it to track my atv rides, hunting, some dirt roads. I like it because I can sent tracks digitally anywhere.
