In other words, the tent itself comes with those bars that are attached to it that then connect to the car's roof rack...if you turn the tent so...

Thanks for writing back; I was worried about it supporting the load while stopped with people in the tent. The tent I am getting will be below the 150 lbs limit, so I am okay there. Infiniti JX35.

So while I am waiting for my new Ram Rebel next year, I am going to put a rooftop tent on my Infiniti SUV; it has a dynamic load rating of 150 LBS; I have heard static load is usually 8-10x the dynamic...looking at these photos, does anyone see any "red flags" for throwing a rooftop tent up...
