That's good to know...i did speak with one of the guys at CBI and they said they could certainly turn out some stuff for a Tundra like the Tacoma. Not sure I can wait until "sometime" on 2018. May have to call them and see what they can build.

Expo was quite impressive. Realized that Tundras are a very uncommon Overland vehicle. Most of the add ons and mods made for 4runner and Tacoma. I did like the Decked system...very smooth drawers. Bomber Products out Bozeman was another interesting setup...closer to Goose Gear (No Tundra...
37s look great. Very nice set up...definitely sPod!...although pretty ingenious switch placement. I have the sPod also yet to install. I'm still working on dual Optimas in the engine bay and may have figured out. Not in place yet...but soon. And will try and post pics as requested. Headed to...
Installed the aFe cold air intake last night...and man does that thing sound great! Very noticeable response as well! Not sure I'm getting the HP advertised, but don't care. It's is an improvement without a doubt.

Fine line between redneck vs overlander isn't it...I'm not so sure the 7" is too tall, but understand how you have to work out of the back of the truck and can't have it too high. There are times I think I want 7"...but will stay at 5" and upgrade to 35s when I get a new bumper to allow 'em. My...
Definitely tough call. I have 33s and am thinking 35s as well. But 37s are a different ball game it seems. Weight standpoint seems reasonable...and you have the 4.88 gears to deal with it. I think it comes down to how much you lose in the wheel well and how the tires balance the lift. Personally...
Well...I did some measurements and I think I can place them both in the original battery location. Ruff Stuff makes a dual battery holder that measures 15"x10". So think I can bolt that down in that spot. If not... it'll likely go in bed in the back.
sPod will be for several new roof rack...
Got my work cut out for me...bought 2 yellow top Optimas and the National Luna dual battery system as well as the sPod SE touch screen device to install. Then comes my aFe CAI...or maybe I'll do that first since that will be easier.

Love that Exp One bumper! I think that is a very new offering from them. That was not available not too long ago. I visit their site pretty frequently. Think that will be the one I go with... along with their front bumper.
Have you checked with All-pro Offroad?...not positive about Tundras...but may be worth a call. I'm in the same boat and can't find a decent one.

BTW... I'll be at Expo East this...buy probably not with my rig. The whole family wants to go. So we are taking the Sequoia instead. Staying at the Biltmore Condos. I wanted to get a RRT and camp on site...maybe next year.

I haven't yet...i have to get smarter about that. Glad to hear about the Icons. I have to contact Zone and get specs on the travel and dampening so Icon build a custom set...so they tell me. Did you do a brake upgrade yet? TRD calipers?

Very sexy build!!... I'm progressing the same way with mine... but a little behind your pace. Using my 2011 Tundra. I have 5" zone lift and need to figure out what new shocks to place on it. Trying to go with Icon.
