Latest advisory. Please stay off of trey mountain road so we might have some chance of keeping trails open in north Georgia.
The car is a 2013 LR4. I see lots of folks running the 265/65/18 on their LR3s and LR4s. But it looks like the slightly smaller 265/60/18 might be a better for me as its a little smaller and requires less finagling.
Any thoughts? Especially from those of you running the KO2s on a rover...
Correct. But it has to be deflated to fit. Which beats the point of a full size spare for me.
I'm interested in the largest tire that will fit into the spare wheel area.

We're spending a couple days exploring Moab. two day of hiking and 2 days of 4wd.
The two vechical dependent days will be day trips. I'm thinking one day for the white rim road and one day (maybe) for top of the world.
Any thoughts or sugestions? Also ideas for day hikes/places to eat in...
I went with the Coleman grill/burner combo. Used it on two camping trips, on the deck, and here in the driveway.
Really liking it so far.
Thanks for all the input.

Isn't this whole forum dedicated to car camping?
I have a MSR Pocket Rocket as most of my stuff is geared toward backpacking, but I'm doing bigger trips with more people... That are vehicle dependent... So I have more room and more need for a bigger stove.
I'm about to use my REI coupon and dividends to buy a 2 burner portable camp stove...
Any recommendations? Any sugestions on what to look for and what to avoid?
Well done! David mentioned he was unable to get his 265/55/18 under the rear unless he deflated it. Your tire doesn't look delfated. Whats the trick? Or is it indeed deflated?
Will deffenetly do a write up or at least post a ton of pictures.
Would be awesome to get the defender out there. Maybe in a couple of years...

Katie and I are planning on doing our baby moon at JTNP and we would love to have a wrangler for the trip. We're flying into Las Vegas but I can't find anyone there that rents them.
Also, nothing on relay rides. Anyone know something I don't?
Thanks,
Vasily

Hey everyone. Finally getting around to making a footprint on the forum.
My wife and I are based out of Atlanta. We're not hard core wheelers or anything, we just like exploring remote places.
We have a bone stock 03 4Runner limited V8 with KO2s and a stock 97 Defender 90.
Looking forward...
