There are some off-road clubs in the Raleigh area that I’m sure could lend a hand. I’m in Greenville NC. It’s always fun to learn how to do it because if something breaks on the trail you’ll know how to fix it. Plus it’ll save you money

That’s what they are there for. It helped take one more thing off the list for the in-laws for hurricane cleanup. There was an accident last night I was going to help with but there were 4 vehicles all over so I decided it would be best for a wrecker to do it.

The last two days: cut off Evo rock sliders so I can install poison spyder rocker body panels. Drilled 42 holes for the nutserts/ mounting bolts. Had a few spin/not line up that great. Cut the bolt heads off and glued them in place. Then beefed up the sliders by sleeving them with 1.5”x .25”...

Huge props to you sir. That was a lot of work for some great functionality. You’ll love that compressor btw.

Went wheeling with a bunch of people at Uwharrie OHV. We got tons of pictures and the Jeep didn’t have any problems at all. It was a great way to get accustomed to wheeling a JKU. Here’s some of the pictures of my rig.

Tested out the suspension some

Today I painted some of the undercarriage, installed artec front aluminum inner fenders, got halfway through a backup camera install and I still have one bolt on the rubicon express skid I need to get in. Maybe tomorrow. I have to remove the rear tire to access it. Also tomorrow I’ll be changing...

Oh and I just put the WJ up for sale last week just to see if I got any bites. Fortunately I sold it and now I have some extra money to do some mods on this thing. Not much more to do but I have a few ideas

Well guys and gals, I sold the WJ yesterday to someone sorta local. Going to be getting a JKUR tomorrow. It’s been fun, I’ve learned a lot and I hope to see y’all on the trails.

Sold it! Picking up a JKU tomorrow that’s already built on 37s from a friend. Can’t wait!

Last thing I bought for the WJ was a car wash. Selling it today if all goes according to plan. Next purchase is a built JKU that is basically a rubicon now that it has the 4:1 transfer case
