    Big Bear CA trip advice needed.

    Wildhorse Meadows will be good for 2WD and has some dispersed camping. Plus, if you shoot then you can go to Lighting Gulch on the same road. Just got back. Lots of dispersed camping in the Holcomb Valley area

    There were a couple parts intimidating that turned out to not be so bad but there were definitely some obstacles that jammed us up a bit.

    Okay...so we did 3N17 and it was crazy. I had to use 4-low and Rock mode, the Tacoma was fully locked, and the wrangler even disconnected the sway at one point. Multiple spots we needed a spotter and some mighty rocks and ledges. None of us could imagine making it in 2WD or a 4x4 van...
