Yeah, sorry it's still open ended, but with my boys schedules and what not, I have to be more fluid. Was thinking Green Ridge, light on the trails but hoping to check the camping out while less populated.

I'm trying to get a winter camp in, not sure where yet and trying to confirm dates. Wasn't to get back to Lost River area and also hit Twin Mountain again in late spring or summer.

Welcome. There are some great spots, but most are an hour or more driving. I'm in a squad that does a bunch of camping in the region, and always trying to find new spots.

Forgot to mention, plenty of room for 2 adults on mattress, two boys, and a dog. Lots of extra space to store gear.

Great camping trip this weekend at New River Gorge. Got a quiet weekend before two more trips.

I used mine for the first time this weekend. It was rainy when we got there, rained all night, including serious down pours. No issues with water getting in. Windows were open. Ground was wet and footprint did well also.

Wish I could make it. Only open weekend left before two big camping trips, including East Coast Toyota Jamboree. Hope to make it to future. If you can, provide a bigger heads up.

Yeah, I recently went back. Realized I've done union springs and all the other trails up there in stock form. The last time I went I had the tundra upgrade, definitely an improvement. My squad runs this area a lot and we are looking at many trips during the summer.
