What a great trip! You guys saw an amazing amount of scenery! It looks like you drove right past my favorite national forest, Mendocino. Its to the East of Ukiah in between CA-101 and I-5. Its a fantastic place to explore and camp if you ever come back down this way again.

I wouldn't really recommend Pinnacle Rock. There are not lots of places to go in the area (and its barely within the national forest) or link up to the rest of the woods to the north. Also, since its on a ridge directly over Clear Lake its very exposed to any wind and weather. :confused:

Oh Tacomas! Then let me add one more for you; TRD Sport: This is essentially the same as TRD-Off Road, but instead of a locking diff, the Sport gets an LSD, which will be a lot nicer on road. ; ) From the sound of things, you'll be pretty happy with an SR5 or even the TRD Sport.
