Installed new Method MR702's with 285/70/R17 General Grabber ATXs and Diode Dynamics SS3 fog lights to replace the $20 amazon ones

Lost every gear except park as I was about to leave for work earlier. Turns out the bushing that connects the shift cable to the transmission failed after almost 200k miles. Thankfully parents live only about ten minutes away and I could borrow dad's truck for the night. Made it to work on time...

GVWR on my '04 Tahoe is 6800. Day-to-day I'm probably at about 5700-5800. Loaded up for trips is most likely less than 6000 if it's just me

Got rid of the dusty, restricting, factory intake tube for one from AirRaid. Probably making 1 extra hp and 1 or 2 more mpg haha. Put an AEM dryflow filter in the stock airbox cause I figured that would be best to keep out dust and dirt. I can now hear the induction noise for a split second...

The Tahoe currently is my daily driver, but hopefully in the next few months it will become my "every-other-daily" driver. Hoping to get something fun for on road/track that's halfway decent on fuel. Better than 14mpg at least

Not my rig but Dad's RAM needed new headlights so he ordered and I installed some new black housings and Beamtech LED bulbs. Old ones were so scratched/cloudy that a restore kit did hardly anything. Hopefully won't have to adjust them more than I have cause it's a pain to do on this truck...

My 2004 Tahoe will average 14mpg. Not horrible for 4 speed hauling 6000lbs, roughly 500 of that is me and the mods and gear I carry daily. It's definitely factory geared for being a highway bruiser cause on a road trip averaging about 70mph I got a hair over 17mpg

So for towing there is a hitch slot that's inline with where it mounts to your vehicle. That hitch is rated for 10,000lbs which is about 2500 more than what my Tahoe is rated for. I will say that with a 75lb tire, ~45lb bike rack, and 37lb bike there is a little bit of wobble but nothing that is...

Had mine since March-ish and the only complaint I really have is the safety pin has rusted quite a bit but still holds. Also I had to buy a hitch extension to fit my bike rack on it

'04 Z71 here. 2" lift on stock sized tires until they wear down. Need to get out more but lack of sleep from night shift holds me back

Installed my rebuilt gauge cluster today. It all works great especially the new LEDs and transmission temp gauge. No more "suffering" with my dad's RAM that has about 100 more hp than me haha
