any reason why you don't want to try and squeeze it under the truck in the factory location? I've read that a few guys have been able to squeeze a 37" tire under their f250 without any problems.
Got around to working a little more on freshening up the suspension on the raptor.
Passenger side pretty much finished up with the drivers side next. Kind of a before and after
Today I started replacing my front upper and lower uni-balls and heim joints. The truck got put on the back burner for a while but now I finally made time to get it started and refreshed.
Got the tires off the front and then a neighbor started up a conversation and I ran out of daylight...
I've done business with a place in Santa Clara called Rear end Specialties a few years ago on my old ranger prerunner and my mustang. he did a great job on both and was able to get them done in 1 day each. I never had any noise or any problems from his work.
I've also worked with a place...
Not today, but yesterday I took the truck for a much needed cruise up to the top of a mountain near Lake Tahoe. Unfortunately the view from the top wasn’t as good as it’s been before with all the fires going on in CA.
i think this will be the start of a great competition between the 2 companies. Jeep's had a stanglehold on the market for years but its about time that somebody gives them a reason to come out with new stuff every year.
saw this on another forum and had a good laugh at it.
Took the truck out near Lake Tahoe with my brother and let the his (English bulldog) and my (German shepherd) dogs get some swim time.
couldnt keep mine out of the water, but the bull dog never went in passed his stomach haha
I got the GB150 and love it. I’ve used it a few times on other people’s vehicles and I’m very impressed with it. As soon as you clamp it on you can fire it right up without any struggle. No need for bulky jumper cables.
great product. I’ll be buying another to store in my other car just in case...
interesting. are the aluminum clamps the only thing holding these racks on? i would've thought they'd have something a little more secure to keep it from shifting.
awesome build. I cant wait to see more progress pics. I've been thinking of getting an F250 in place of my raptor so Im excited to see your end result.
Check out Mob armor. I have their phone mount and it’s incredible. I have one in my raptor and it took all the Abuse my truck did out while doing a fast paced Baja run with a few other raptors. It mounts with a 3m double sided stick tape and magnet so there’s not drilling involved in mounting. I...
Haven’t had a ton of time to work on the truck recently with work, house remodel, shelter I in Place stuff going on but I was able to put some new vinyl over my Original KC light covers.
you know sometimes you just gotta put a smile on your face.
Before and after pics attached.
