At this point I could put on a clinic on "stripping the interior of an access cab Tacoma"
I drilled holes in the roof to mount antennas,
I removed two previous antennas, and installed three replacements.
Re-wired, and cut to length all of my coax.
Cleaned up power wiring under the center...
My Rock lights came in under $25 I think. I have 8 total 4" COB lights under the truck. Amazon has a 4pc set for $13. And then some random wire I had laying around.

^ What she said. @IronPercheron maybe this is an opportunity for us to do something similar in TX, perhaps under the flag of OverlandBound. Not to threadjack from @RescueRangers too much since what he's doing is near and dear to my heart.
The fourth weekend of June we are going to hold an event at Hidden Falls Adventure Park to coincide with ARRL Field Day. June 24-26. -- Hidden Falls Adventure Park: 7030 E FM 1431, Marble Falls, TX 78654
Come out to the Park for a couple of nights of camping and wheeling. From Noon Saturday...
I acquired some new Antennas for my truck. Still waiting for the associated bits to install them though. I'm going to go from a pair of Comet SBB-1 Dual Band flexible Whips to three single band antennas. Two Larsen 1/4 Wave 2m Whip antennas (one for APRS, and one for my VHF/UHF) and a PCTEL...
Long video, but he stacks a 3 legged hammock under the tent, and then attaches "walls" to the bottom of the tent, shielding the hammock. Very neat system.
Bed Lights (10m of LED strip lights with shipping $9.50) (I used less than half.)
Under Hood Anti-Dark (same LED Strips. Add a $5 pin switch)
Rear Seat, Paracord grab handles.
Camp/Trailer lights ($22ish on Amazon)
With regards to antennas. The higher the better. Smack dab in the middle of the roof is king.
Since that's usually not practical, try to keep it away from significant metal structures (A,B,C Pillars)
Longer antennas work better than shorter antennas.
a 102" whip is one of the best options...
Let's start with the basics.... where is the antenna on your truck? (Photos are king, but a good description will do.)

I replaced my 30" LED Light Bar between Friday night, and Saturday morning.
With the old light, the center 1/3 of the LEDs wouldn't light about 40% of the time and it wasn't constructed in a way that made taking it apart to fix it easy.
I also wasn't happy with how the old light was mounted...
They work alright. I'd prefer running 1/4 wave whips on the roof for each band, or something like the Comet SBB-5, or Diamond SG-7500
but those would both get destroyed the first time I drove under a tree.
IFS isn't that big of a blocker honestly. I'm running ~32" tires on my Tacoma and have yet to require the "winch line" over an obstacle, sure I've taken the easier line a few times. And unlike a SFA truck, the IFS is a lot nicer to drive down the interstate for thousands of miles.
The FJ-80...
