What is the last thing you bought and plan to buy?

Yeah I can crimp RJ45... But not whatever this coax cable is. Problem is solved now either way and the install is super tidy how I like it. Nothing exposed anywhere. Mic can be stowed easily when parking in not great areas....

What is the last thing you bought and plan to buy?

I don't know how to crimp the uhf connector so I just knocked a 3/4 hole in the firewall and finished it with a grommet. It's a Honda Element! Super super giant empty box inside! Aerodynamics of a box outside!

Couldn't wait! Headed to home Depot for a 1 inch holesaw to knock yet another hole in the firewall.... What dummy puts giant connectors on a wire that's gotta cross walls.... Oh well! Loving the setup!

So, knowing that timelines always drift late, I'd like to allocated 0800 to 0830 for rally up.... and then proceed thru the starbucks drive thru and be hammer down by 0900. Sound reasonable? I’ve found doing lots of homework with google maps satellite view really helps.you can zoom in far enough on forest roads to see where people before you have made clearings and even stone fire rings. I spend a lot of evenings on the couch on the tablet doing recon. I drop a pin and save all my...

Also gave this compressor a quick test run in the parking lot and I gotta say, it worked great. Pretty quick to go from 22psi to 38! Quiet too.
