I became a Premium GAIA Member today. I still can't find how to add the MVUM Layer. This app seems way more difficult to understand than it should be. Someone please point out the obvious to me and tell me how to turn on the MVUM layer. Thanks.

My biggest challenge is always meal prep. I suck at it and end up eating hot dogs and mac n cheese for days. I'm also spending money faster than I should... most of my camping gear is full-size stuff for staying at a lake for a few days. It's nice stuff, but not easy to pack or tie-down...

I agree certain places need to be preserved and managed FOR the public to enjoy, not to be shut-out for eternity. That’s ultimately the problem these days... anytime something is marked to be preserved it means no one is allowed to visit anymore. What good does that do? Sent from my iPhone...

The biggest threat to overlanding is the Federal Government controlling land. They have been closing access to roads faster than anyone can keep track. There is always some lizard or weed that deserves protecting, and by God they sure can't survive with a vehicle driving by once in a while...

I ran Lippencott Road 20 years ago with a bone stock 1997 Dodge Dakota on 31's. At the time 31's were considered a large tire! 20 years of erosion can change things dramatically, but this truck is definitely more capable... just big boned.

Will hopefully have many more items added to the rig before the trip. I had a FJ and 4x4 trailer a few years back... the trailer was great, but kind of a pain in the butt to tag around everywhere. It will be nice having everything on the rig, even though it's big for tight trails.
