Incredible photos! My plan is to use this D3500 as long as I can and pick up a couple of better lenses. My friend that I mentioned before said that a 24-70 2.8 and 70-200 2.8 would be the perfect duo.
Thanks for the tips and I will be sure to send you my email!
Nice Bison! I recommend the new 589 Adventure Rack. It is a mid height rack so your RTT sits flush with the top of the cab. Less wind resistance and lower center of gravity.
By the way I currently have a Nikon D3500 with the two kit lenses, a 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G and 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3G. I prefer using the 18-55 mostly and I’m planning to invest in a 24-70 f/2.8 soon. I know my gear is still very much beginner level but I am learning how to get the most out of it as...
I think that is a beautiful image. What does he not like about it?
I have a friend who is family experienced as he used to be a professional portrait and wedding photographer. I would love to have mentor who is more of a professional outdoor or landscape photographer since they are totally...
I have been seeing these ads for real estate photography and I do live in an area with several large real estate companies. I wonder if that would be a good idea to start upgrading my gear?

Thanks for the great response!
I have looked into selling some stock photography but like you said it is very flooded. At best I could maybe sell and image for $10 and make $5 profit. Not worth it to me.
Writing articles is an area that I have tried and I semi-enjoyed it but have not pursued...
RITO is a great event put on by great people! This is the 4th year in a row and will be the biggest one yet, but it is still small enough to not feel overwhelming or cost an arm and a leg. Most of the vendors are local or at least regional and sell great products. The giveaways alone are worth...
Hello all. I'm just wondering if there are ways to make a fair amount of money with my overland photography. I mainly do it as a hobby and I take pictures on trips with my friends. So I don't charge them anything to take photos. For starters, I'm a novice at best so I don't feel that asking for...
Forgot to mention that I am running a Midland 15W MXT275 GMRS unit for radio comms with the Midland 3 dB Ghost Antenna on the roof with the magnetic mount.
