I agree the towing capacity and payload need to be improved, although i'm thinking they really went for a soft suspension for off road prowess and comfort and sacrificed the towing and capacity is my guess. I def think it's something they'll "upgrade" in some later year models though. Ford has...
Good looking rigs! Really impressed with the work you've put into both of them. Didi read that right and you have 800lb springs on the front coil overs? I think the factory ones on my F150 are only 630lb ones, lol. How are you liking the King Bump Stops? I'd love to go full King setup all the...
The only downside is its a big sucker even packed down. But thats also the reality of a queen size air mattress i guess. If you can wait REI typically does some pretty good sales throughout the year. We picked our up on like a 20% off sale i think.
We have an REI kingdom "sleep system" which comes with blanket, sheets etc. You can also get just the air mattress and its one of the best ive laid on for large size.

If you just go backpacking gear like i normally do, i really love...
First would just be the look of the tires. If they look too soft to safely drive on. Next would be to stop after a little bit and feel the tire. If the outsides are a lot hotter then the middle i'd suggest airing up more. For most forest roads you won't really need to air down.
I think just the tooling requirements, parts, production lines, all the logistics of doing it will necessitate doing so in that time frame. I think they'll be better off. If the bronco proves itself in capability and "reliability" it will really start to take off i think in the year 2-4 of...
I've only seen estimates so far anywhere from 5-10k. honestly the tires alone are going to be a 1-2k option let alone the large amount of other goodies.
Yea if that's all that's holding it down, definitely look at securing that. Things get airborne in a hurry on vehicles. Other than that, looking good! I always enjoy seeing something a little different on the roads and congrats on the job and moving your life forward. Attitude is everything...
NVM, saw you listed Durham. We had a few rigs get together at Gizmo brewery on Saturday last week. Planning a nother meetup at Deep River brewing mid month next month in Clayton. Going to try and hit different breweries around the triangle each month.
