    Finally pulling the trigger on my suspension!!

    Thanks bro, my suspension project started with a blown shock and a mild case of "Death Wobble"...I was able to remedy that, but part of changing all that made it apparent that the bushings are shot and the shocks I bought sucked......I just wish it was tomorrow night already.

    She's an '04.5 Ram with 150k on her. The bushings are shot... There's popping felt in the pedals as I go over bumps. Some have suggested that it's my control arm bushings...I haven't been able to put a finger on it yet...I have Rancho 9000S shocks, which I regretted the day I installed them. So...

    Betty keeps coming to mind when ever I drive her....so Betty it is... She's an '04.5 Ram 2500... and she's the first vehicle I've ever named; even though, my mom and sisters all named every vehicle that they owned.

    I see that driver tickets are sold out. I'm finally getting my suspension done on the 2nd. Is there any way to squeeze in one more rig with 2 passengers? This would literally be our first Overlanding trip. Edit: We'd be going with just our usual camping gear.....I have zero recovery gear...

    Aluminum or Steel Flatbed

    the more that I think on it, the more I'm leaning towards steel. It will help the truck not be super bouncy when it's in DD mode, and I can always add some long travel air bags for when it's loaded down in overland mode.

    We have a '14 Trailhawk. Very nice ride, but sadly all aftermarket companies have given up on making suspension upgrades for it. Our lease is up in a few months and it will be going back to the dealer. We decided to build out my '04.5 Ram 2500 for Overlanding... trailhawk is getting replaced...
