I tend to over pack. Especially when going to be gone for a week or more. But what takes up alot of space for us dog gear and gun stuff. Working on trimming down our stuff. Makes it easier to take off short notice

No dice on a Thursday departure for me.

My jeep is rated for 7300 lbs to wing, has air suspention to level out when loaded, resonable creature comforts. But might be a little cramped for 5 people high mile runs. If you want to know more check the build treads for some ideas. Or feel free to pm me if i can answer more questions.

Just my $.02. I went for bigger than stock aoze tires on my jeep. Other than my spedometer reading 3 mph lower i have not noticed a negative impact. I actually had improved ride as i was no longer running skinny tires. Oem stock wheels were 265/60/r18 i went 275/65/r18.
