    Trophies, Badges, and Ranks!

Frustrating system when point/ levels disappear, once previously earned. Made me give up on it.

    Defender v. Discovery II

ive been looking to buy the right Defender for awhile. As I troll various sites in search of the perfect rig I keep seeing fully outfitted Discovery IIs for half the price. Should I consider settling for the equipped Discovery or stick it out in order to get the rig I've always wanted, then...

LR Discovery/Range Rover Pros & Cons

I've heard pros and cons for either or both. I owned a Discovery II and lived it. The most important thing is to get a good one. I'd look for eithe a I or II that had some of the add ons I wanted already installed (e.g. Lift, wheels and tires, rack system, etc.). Often your paying for the...

LR Discovery/Range Rover Pros & Cons

They're hard to beat for under $5k. I've heard it say they're expensive to maintain but this is not the case; that is if you don't use a dealer to maintain it. Between the two, I prefer a Discovery simply because they're highly capable and of the two, parts are more readily available.

    Personalised Member Banner / Logo

I didn't realize I was stepping on toes. It wasn't my intent to assume any authority from @Michael or @Corrie. I thought I was forwarding ideas for them to use or not. I apologize and will think twice before making a comment in the future.

Whats below a rookie? That's where I'm starting in night sky photography

This is something I've often wondered. I've used the above technique but never got the desired result. Basically, in order to get an exposure long enough to register the light from a star, it ends up being so long the stars streak. How do you get sharp and bright pins of light rather than...

    Personalised Member Banner / Logo

@Michael, These would be a great alternative to the OB base flags. Individual member ID flags/stickers/etc.

Thinking about buying this rig. Any advice?

$6k is kinda steep but it looks to be in great shape. It's easy to find these rigs for less $ but you'd also expect a few dings+. Yours looks straight which is becoming harder to find, so it might be worth paying up for it if the interior looks as good as the outside and you're comfortable...

Resolved log in as different person??

Same problem here. Solved it, in part, by logging out then back in as self. The app doesn't seem to have the same problem.

    Truck or Jeep?

Don't keep a rig because of the work you put into it. It's about the journey my friend. Definitely don't hold on to a vehicle if it doesn't meet your needs. I suspect you know what you'd really prefer. Whatever that is, you made a good decision. Let us know what you decide. Cheers.
