Installed one Victory 4x4 bed stiffener for my Tacoma. When I tried to install the second one, I buggered up the head of the truck bed floor mounting bolt.
I thought I’d cut a slit in the head of the bolt all the way across the top and then take a cold chisel and a hammer to break it free...
One reason, metal will last longer than plastic; more durable. I also don’t have a good place for them right now on the outside of my Tacoma. Using the Jerry cans on my rack was the best option for me right now.
Don’t get me wrong, rotopax are nice and I may mount 2, 3gl ones on the side of my...
Arranging my drawer system contents so that everything is in the right place and maximizes space. If it’s not a need it’s gets 86’d - with some exceptions ;)
Added a few shots to the original post. I never looked to see how high the OEM tailgate was in relation to the bed, so I don’t know how big a difference there was between this MH and OEM.

Added 8 tie down anchors rings yesterday. I have a set of Decked Tie Down racks coming next week. I prefer to have some good anchor points to secure my stuff in the back of the truck. Don't like things moving around, especially the heavy stuff. I got 8 cleats, bolts, and tie down anchor rings...
Yes, sir. I have no, real, operational experience with Gaia GPS, but I do like it so far. There's a lot of functionality and it's pretty intuitive. I'm always open to any navigation apps you or anyone else can share. What do you prefer?
Lee,
Yes, it does exhaust outside the tent. You can see the exhaust flue in the photo labeled "Propex HS2211 Heater." It's silver in color and vents directly from the heater. I'm glad your wife loves the diesel heater! I just don't use diesel and didn't want to add another fuel source. What I...
