Add GMRS callsign to profile information?

There are HAMs like myself that also have a GMRS call sign to keep comms legal with whatever group I may be traveling with. A separate spot is not a bad idea.

That hasn't caught on here yet. I walked in to get some more propane and jetboil fuel...plenty left, and all the usual gear still there. Of course, I live in a small rural town. Most folks are prepared before this insanity.

A small group of folks in the woods is a lot safer than a bunch of idiots in town.

Sounds good to me. I'll have my usual breakfast foods, and probably sandwich stuff for a quick lunch on the road.

Let's see those rigs in action

I'm not sure why folks talk about Black Gap Road in Big Bend National Park like it's a raunchy trail...I found it easy, but fun. I've done harder obstacles in Hidden Falls Adventure Park. That said, here's a short clip of "The Obstacle" that Black Gap is known for. I ran it last Friday with...

I'm heading out Thursday to meet my Parents in Lajitas in their RV. Friday and Saturday nights Tommy and I will be camping at Mel's Place. I need to do Black Gap while there, but no other set plans. Just ideas.

    What boots do members wear

With a reconstructed foot containing prosthetic bone, and a screw still in, I have found the best boot for me due to the way the sole is lasted, as mentioned here. Asolo Drifter GV. It's like a wider, stronger shank taking the brunt of rocks and roots rather than my foot that no longer flexes.

    Rig Photos

Thanks. That's the Colorado River running through Sulfur Springs Camp in Bend, TX. A small place that requires a vehicle with, at least, a bit of clearance to reach some camping areas. A lot of back roads and Historical Markers in the area.

Got a little bit of firewood, and the usual bacon, sausage, eggs, and torillas for breakfast. Oh, and 2 flavors of Humble House sauces. Someone had mentioned them on a previous trip, and I had to try them...really good. @Mrprotaganist what time are you getting there? I should arrive around...
