Generally in the UK it is still CB or license free PMR and these are used predominantly for convoy work and spotting where range is not an issue.

My brother lives in Spain near Alicante and his wife is currently visiting grandkids in U.K. I also have a number of friends from the U.K. based in Spain.

Hi I placed the flashing between folds so the side still folds up normally and the silicon part of the flashing does collapse so there is very little difference to the packed size.
