This. When I go to update the notice, it lists 0900 mountain

There’s definitely a place to park at the trailhead. If it’s not snowy, you can probably do the entire trail in 2wd

Rally Point is acting up. The invite shows 0900 start Pacific, but when i go to edit the invite, it shows 0900 Mtn. The intent is 0900 Mtn

0900 mtn. I thought I put the right time on there. Let me fix it if it’s wrong. The intent is meet and greet at Rudy’s, then leave, probably an hour later

No problem! Hoping this catches on and we can get on a regular rhythm with it!

Definitely bring it. I can access FRS waves on the GRMS.

No need for comms. I have 2 extra GRMS walkies that I can pass out. The only real coordination we'll probably require is going from Rudy's to the trail head to make sure no one gets lost

All, I just set up the Rally Point. Let me know if you have any questions or if I wasn't clear enough in the description. I invited those on this thread that indicated that they wanted to go. Go RSVP! OB Colorado Springs Meetup

If Mount Baldy is clear, it's an easy trail, at least on the lower section. The upper section can get a little tight

I can attempt to put it together. I haven't done one before, so it'll be good practice! I'll let you know if I run into any issues

Let's aim for Mt. Baldy (off of Gold Camp Road), pending that the snow isn't bad up there. Hopefully doing this trail will prevent those outside of CoS from having to drive too far

Maybe 11/23 @ 0900? If the weather is looking good we can grab some breakfast and hit a local trail?

I was thinking about breakfast at Rudy’s once a month or so, and if the weather is good, maybe hitting a trail with whoever shows up afterwards. Definitely open to ideas and help! I’ve been with OB for awhile but would really like to get on a regular rhythm with members and hopefully start...

Hey all, When looking at local meetups, I’ve seen meetups in Denver and in Durango. Given that I live in Colorado Springs, it’s not easy to make those two locations work during the week. Would anyone be interested in a Colorado Springs area meetup, maybe once a month to start, on Saturdays or...
