I have a great relationship with (of all things) a GMC dealer near me that is really great about working with me, unfortunately theres a lot that can't be done for insurance and liability reasons, so limits ya know.
First off I hope your job pays you well for this.
Secondly, hard to beat a jetboil for quick meal prep if your tired and dont want to deal with anything its really a fantastic little system for your case scenario. however with the idea of full cast iron sets and weekends (much like my partners...
I mean...if youre not into it...id be inclined to buy that partner steel off ya, lol. Since im here Ill add that for a very long time (when I was thru hiking) I used the jetboil and its hard to beat. As for real overloading around multiple countries its hard to beat the Coleman dual fuel for...
I believe (have no personal experience with this yet) that if you can hit a repeater on the zello network with your GMRS then you dont need the cell service and you would be able to reach anyone on that network. Personally however I get out and dont really like being connected.
If you have an old Coleman just use that unless its not working for you (which I imagine would be the case since you posted). Michael just dropped a video that includes a stove they like and it has some nice features, but its butane. If youre in this for the long haul and you like simple and...
Yeah, I mean I guess its already a little bit like that with the coffee and rigs thing, except thats got a different focus (love that jeepers do that) It would be cool.
This was right after the new old rims ( I like stock rims and these are nice even though they are technically for the newer body style) and the new tires were put on just a week or so ago. I don't like looking like ive done a bunch of upgrades so I try to keep it looking as stock as I can. It...
So there is a GMRS group on FB that hooked me into the Zello dealie and it connects my GMRS and (cell through the app) through all the repeaters in the network, pretty great actually.
Alright technically not the last thing as that will be under the plan to buy (its on the way) but just bought 6 Toyo M-55 LT 255/85 R16. Already put some miles on them and love them. Plan to buy (see previous comment) Timken Wheel Hub Assemblies for my burb as one is starting to go.
Alright. I've got one...A nondescript location(s) where groups can help each other work on their rigs, including a lift and other such higher end items. I am disabled and it is just damn near impossible for me to get anything done on my rig and its depressing. (What makes it definitely worse is...
Interesting! Definitely feels like a lot of machismo with the hellcats though, lol. Thanks for posting this! Unfortunately I will not be able to make it but please keep posting I might in a few months.
It is a matter of speed. If you are going 10 miles but wat to drive at 60 then air up, if you are ok going 40 then not necessarily the worst. It depends on if its a safe stretch of road to go slow on but its not worth causing an accident over minor convenience.
So far so good...not only does it stay in landscape, the location in the forum is saved so after I go into a conversation when I exit I dont have to start over from the beginning.
This is a pain when looking through events, that's the next thing I'm checking. It reloads from the beginning in...
Just FYI, the issue persists. I dont want to nag and I dont know how long it will take to fix. But incase it had been dealt with Im simply informing poor @Michael that it is still happening.
So I know this has long been out of your rear view mirror (sorry, couldn't help it) but I am considering the same set up for my suburban and want to know your thoughts on this rack. Why did you end up selling it? Were you unhappy with it? Would you recommend it? I really want the ARB Base rack...
Agreed, while mine is the 454 I use an electric vehicle for daily driver use. Anything on pavement that doesn’t require towing or large loads i use the bolt. For overlanding use i have a nice comfy 99 K2500. Use the right tool for the right job. In my case we looked at the monthly cost of...
