My wife's Patriot is about 150,000 K and we'll be swapping it soon as well. She's looking at the Rav4 and also the Hyundai Santa Cruz. She's always wanted an Outback, but the CVT still scares me. Maybe with a lifetime warranty. Best to ya.

These are made by Cooper, they're the Mastercraft, not too aggressive, but they're about gone at 40,000 miles. However, they ride good and I've had no issues.
