Most of the FJs I've seen on here put them on the back door above the FJCruiser logo. I think I like your idea, but I'll need to move them aft and just bellow the mirrors to account for the snorkel.

I used this Smittybilt for a few years and have had good luck with it. Used to fill up my 315/70r17s. Takes about 2min to go from 20psi to 35psi. I know it's a little more than a $100 but I got mine on sale for right around $100 back in 2014...
We don't have any friends who share our camping/overlanding lifestyle, and we are pretty new to using social networking to reach and make new camping friends. Most of our trips are single ship and we get pretty nervous from time to time, so we look forward to making new friends!

I really enjoyed Fins n things and Hells revenge. I did it in a 2012 FJ with an 3" long travel lift and 35" tires. A rear locker is helpful. Most of the really difficult spots have bypasses.
