I went with the Expedition Essentials 2TPAM up top for the phone, Go Pro, Radio and Garmin Inreach. The Overlander is mounted to a Panavise mount. No rattles, no glare and the line of sight is unobstructed...oh and the spork is close to hand. :tearsofjoy:
I have the WeBoost OTR installed in my Tacoma. It works well when there is a little signal for it to work with. They aren't magic but I do have signal longer in areas where I didn't before.
Some ideas off the top of my head are:
White Water Center, as far as I know the food places are open on the weekends, however you have to pay to park
Bang Bang Burgers in Southend
Heist Brewery on Woodward Avenue
What are everyone's thoughts on the next meet-up? With the Holidays fast approaching and the colder temps coming perhaps we should consider a Charlotte area, or somewhere else, meet and greet that would involve lunch, socializing and checking out the rigs... Just an idear
The standard spine mount that's available for the Garmin devices including the Mini. It include the RAM ball to link to the standard RAM arms.
Inreach spine mount
