I just added the ARB dual to my truck which runs 37x13.5-17"s that I run at 50-55psi for the street and ~25-35psi for trails. I'll see how quickly it can air all 4 back up soon. I also have a Viair 450P that I was using previously (with 35x12.5-18" tires, same pressure ranges) and it was...
Finally picked it up yesterday... so far so GREAT. The quality of WFO's work is outstanding, as is their customer service. I was mistaken, the ARB actually got tucked up behind the bedside on the passenger side (hidden, and protected by the inner wheel housing) and I have a quick-connect up in...
I'm a D'max owner and big fan of them, but I just highly, highly, HIGHLY doubt this. First, are you sure your wheels are 34.1", or are your tires around that size? Second, have you hand-calc'ed the mileage? When I deleted my '11 and still had a 34" A/T tire I could get 21-22 MPG on pure...
17-19 MPG freeway, hand-calculated. 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, Duramax Diesel/Allison. That was in the previous config, 4.5" lift and 35x12.5" Toyo M/Ts with stock 3.73 axle gearing... with Four Wheel Camper in-bed, CAT scale verified 9600+ lbs without passengers. We'll see how much that...

Adventure Trail Gear, hands down. Their chainsaw bag is AWESOME too. IMHO the prices are very fair, and the owner responds to email nearly instantly. I'm not affiliated in any way, but if you go with them mention TJ recommended them, I plan to buy more...
Enjoy keeping your head in the sand and voting Dem. It doesn't take a rocket surgeon (joke intended) to see that things across the Country, and Globe are in a far worse place than just a year ago. It doesn't take much to see that the direction places like San Francisco, LA and really all of CA...
JDM meaning Japanese Domestic Market. By definition you can't buy any JDM anything in the US, and the OP is in Mississippi. That said, I know JDM is often just used to mean Japanese vehicles. What Japanese manufacturers currently offer a diesel 4x4 in the US?

They are not, not at all. They're basically Fiat motors, so an Italian diesel. But I don't think I implied they were Cummins. With respect to the RAM I should have clarified I was speaking about the 1500s. A RAM 2500+ will be a Cummins, not an Ecodiesel.

Between those I'd lean towards the GM, since I haven't seen a *ton* of issues and overheating being reported. The Ecodiesel in the RAMs seem to be pretty problematic. In the Jeeps overheating is a big issue (probably due to the smaller grill/radiator), though the RAM seems less impacted. But...
I haven't watched the review yet, but the problem with most of the EV or hybrid options is they don't actually work out for the Overlanding use-case. On long trips you're either SOL with a pure EV, or purely using the ICE on the hybrids. Now, where they DO shine is when the vehicle is also a...
Hey TJ, TJ here... I suggest you take a second, a few deep breaths, and rethink/rewrite your post. First, I hardly think the race of the lady who backed into your vehicle is relevant or material to your post. Second, without some punctuation it's pretty hard to actually read your post. Third...
I certainly don't. But I also didn't suggest that the traction control or other systems need tweaking based on this event, or definitively state that the opposite is true.

Obviously we see a lot of threads here asking "what vehicle is best." And like most matters of preference, we see a lot of varying opinions and often staunch brand-loyalty. It's much like asking "blondes or brunettes (but hey, what about redheads)?", "1911 vs. polymer?", "Whiskey or beer?"...
