@Oldmankensey ...... We will be camping in our spot where we have camped on your ridge trips. You can join us whenever. We will be leaving to go to the mine at noon on Saturday so if you want to come down Saturday, that's fine too

Welcome to OB Ethan!! I am from the Twin Cities area. (Living in Las Vegas now) I would suggest heading up to the North Shore and the backwoods of Northern Minnesota. All sorts of trails and outdoor recreation to be had up there, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling etc for winter...

Wish I could attend. Already committed to help out replanting joshua trees in Mojave NP that weekend

That is one of the places i was going to look at when i go and drive the trails next week

When are you arriving?

Have you had any luck finding a place for us to camp or should we just find our own?

I have a group of at least 5-7 people coming with me I have sent in the form from NPS telling them the same

I am looking at getting a group together to go help for a day or two. Maybe over two weekends
