Should work fine. I use a similar carrier from Harbor Freight for 1/3 of the price and the Plano 56qt tubs waterproofed with weather seal tape (there is a how-to on here somewhere).

We were exploring up there in May. If you go to the BIG MUSKY BUCKET in McConnelsville and take the first right there was a sweet little fire road with several small bodies of water. Pretty curvy paved roads.
