Took a weekend trip down and around mount Jefferson with some buddies , saw some amazing views , traveled some fun roads , great food and for the first time in what seems like forever a campfire.
I did manage to have a airbag pop out of the rear suspension tearing some lines and burning out...
In my personal opinion on new vehicles for the most part actually suck . doesn’t matter the brand or manufacturer they are not meant to last anymore just like appliances electronics etc. etc. .. the mass majority of people buying a new rig will only keep it till the extended warranty is up and...

Was going through some parts I still had laying around from my long term jeep project I sold a while ago ( still makes me sad ) to sell of or just toss and found a set of spark plugs I guess I never got around to putting in on my last sequoia so took a few min to toss them in and...
It was quite sad to see the little resort town burned to the ground and I know they will rebuild but it will never have the same charm it use to .

sigh oh well more parts on the way
At least I have time to paint the grill covers
This might explain why my power Mirrors don’t work all the way . I seem to be missing a few wires
Guess...
Something else to keep in mind , down here in the pnw back in the day I explored and traveled 1000s of miles of FS roads in a 88 Toyota Camry . You can see a lot of places that are truly off the beaten path with very little vehicle.
My guess is they added all the gear and goodies and found out how slow and horrible the mpgs are with that 3.4 and now selling ? Don’t get me wrong it’s a fantastic motor but once you get some weight on them they are complete dogs . Probably be looking into the cost of a re gear on top of that...
Need to add some fender washers , another bolt and I think a u bolt on the back to go around the I think they are bag loops ??but seems sturdy so far and holds most my essentials .
