DO bags, available on Amazon, Sportsman's Warehouse, Wally World, almost anywhere you can buy cast iron pots! Those suckers are heavy enough alone, so an individual bag is perfect! Although I do have a wooden crate I that holds a Cast Iron cook set that has a DO, griddle, skillit, lid lifter...

I LOVE the aluminum liners in a DO! Clean up is an absolute Joy! Left overs can be put into a cooler with a foil lined lid (if there any left overs)!

I built mine from a bike carrier. I attached a spare tire bracket from Amazon and a hitch extender and a double hitch receiver. It still holds two bikes if I want it to. I added some hitch shims to stop it from rattling or bouncing. Works pretty well so far.

I second the neetsfoot oil and would advise caution on pure beeswax, if you want to leave the sheath out in the elements, particularly the sun and heat. Beeswax could cook and crack the leather with temps in the 90s or above. The neetsfoot oil should be better, but a synthetic material like...

A large family dog makes an awesome baby sitter and early warning system if anything or any one wanders into camp. We've had dogs since before we had kids. For real youngsters, they would sleep with us until old enough to have their own space or area in our tent.

A diesel heater is far and away the best and safest fuel based heater for camping in a tent, camper or vehicle. No smoke or fumes or condensation in the sleeping area. Only electric heat compares but with a much higher power consumption rate. There are a number of knock off all-in-one types...

In a hammock, 25 ft off the ground, next to my tree stand, on an archery deer hunt! Getting up to pee was tricky!

That's what I use, picked one up at Lowes. I boil water in a pot then mix half hot half cold and it works like a champ.
